Tracecorelab Hardware Ecosystem

Direct Memory Access & 1:1 Firmware Engineering

High-speed PCIe DMA hardware, custom donor-cloned firmware bitstreams, zero-lag video fusers, and hardware input emulators — all unified in one plug-and-play architecture.

DMA Architecture & Technical Foundation

Understanding the hardware-level communication protocol and why physical separation guarantees zero performance overhead on the host computer.

Phase 01

PCIe Direct Bus Access

DMA hardware communicates directly over the PCIe bus to read and write physical RAM addresses independently of the host OS and host CPU scheduling.

Phase 02

Dual-PC Isolation

Analysis, computational tasks, and overlays are completely isolated on a secondary PC. The main host PC executes zero background processing.

Phase 03

Tailored 1:1 Firmware

Every board is flashed with unique Device IDs, Subsystem IDs, and TLP headers cloned from genuine enterprise network and storage controllers.

Phase 04

Zero-Lag Display Merging

Hardware video fusers combine dual HDMI/DisplayPort signals at 144Hz - 240Hz with 0ms visual latency and zero frame-buffer contention.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions regarding hardware setup, delivery, and system requirements.

Do I need a second PC or laptop?

Yes. DMA architecture relies on two systems: the Main PC (which hosts the PCIe DMA card) and the Second PC/Laptop (which connects via USB-C to inspect memory and run secondary processes).

What is the difference between Shared and 1:1 Private Firmware?

Shared firmware uses standard generic PCIe descriptor tables. 1:1 Private Firmware is cloned from an existing real physical device (e.g., an Intel Gigabit NIC or Sound Card) so your DMA card presents matching IDs and vendor attributes on the bus.

Does the hardware video fuser introduce input delay?

No. The video fuser processes display signals in real-time hardware logic without software buffering, maintaining native monitor refresh rates and 0ms extra input latency.

Are bundles ready to use out of the box?

Yes. All hardware bundles are flashed with your ordered firmware bitstream, tested for transfer speed, and shipped with necessary connection cables.
